David Noakes is the owner and lead broker at Noakes Wealth Management LLC. David began his career with Dean Witter Reynolds in 1992. After successfully passing the brokerage exam, he trained with the soon-to-become Morgan Stanley Dean Witter at 2 World Trade Center in Manhattan, NY. Born and raised in Southern California, David returned home where he held a position as a broker with Dean Witter Reynolds. DWR, a large brokerage firm, offered many training opportunities in areas of investment strategy, retirement planning, global trade, and investment banking. However, after reconnecting with his high school sweetheart who resided in Selma, Alabama, David traded the hustle and bustle of a large firm for the hometown feel of community bank brokerage, offering investment services at The Peoples Bank. When the opportunity arose to purchase an independent financial services business in Eufaula, Alabama, David, an avid fisherman, leapt. As the broker/owner, David had the opportunity to create a business that focused on the things that he found important. Biblical investing principles and customer service form the foundation of his investment firm, Noakes Wealth Management.
Cindy Noakes is the wife of David Noakes and the mother of their two children. After 25 years working as a freelance court reporter in Alabama and Georgia, she and David decided it was time for her to hang up her court reporting machine and go to work in her husband’s investment firm as the office manager. Cindy handles all of the administrative duties, allowing David to concentrate on Noakes Wealth Management’s clients and the market. Cindy also serves as a Conservator and Notary.
